K so as I wrote on a previous blog, I have recently been running using the new Nike Plus. Well, I also got a new pair of Nikes that come specially made for the nike plus equipment to go underneath the sole insert. And I love my new shoes. But I didn't realize that attached to these new shoes was a warning!
The first day I got my new shoes I decided to break them in by running about 4 miles. Yeah, not such a good idea. By the end of my run my right foot began to burn where my i
nstep is. Upon arriving at home, I took off my shoes and socks and realized that there was a nice blister beginning to take shape. So I but some stuff on it and preceeded to run another 4 miles the next day. Yeah, you would think I had learned my lesson about breaking these great shoes in easily! Because another blister began to form on top of the one from the first day and now I have one huge blister on my foot!
